During operational difficulties service guarantee may be temporarily called in. If the delivery time specified in the restaurant page is more than 30 minutes, then there is no free of charge service guarantee. If your order needs to be redirected to another Domino's restaurant, 30 minutes guarantee is going to start when your order is accepted by them. For orders which are placed from hospitals, 30 minutes delivery guarantee time stops when the courier reaches the information desk.
